Institute of Managerial Accounting (IMA) Student Club

The purpose of the Institute of Managerial Accounting (IMA) Student Club is to further the objectives of the IMA on the student level. The IMA provides an environment for research, practice improvement, education, knowledge sharing, and the encouragement of high ethical and business practices in management accounting and finance.

According to the IMA, over 80% of accounting and finance professionals work internally within businesses and the work they perform are essential to an organizations financial management, corporate development, and the achievement of strategic goals.

The IMA sponsorship entails promoting leadership and excellence in all student members and helping students explore career options and make connections with peers.
