The University of Findlay's English equestrian studies program began in 1992.  As the program has evolved, it has developed two areas of emphasis, hunter/jumper and dressage.  

The hunter/jumper program is now led by head instructor - Stella Prescott.  Stella is also the head coach of the IHSA (Intercollegiate Horse Show Association) Hunt Seat Team.

The University is very proud of our Hunter/Jumper instructors.  Jill Tingley Jewett started working at The University of Findlay in 1988 and became a Hunter/Jumper instructor in 1996. 

Michelle Arnold joined as an instructor in 2001.  Our newest instructor is Eileen "Bud" Roberts,  who joined us in 2011.  Bud is also the new assistant coach for the IHSA Hunt Seat Team.
