Horse Club

Who is eligible to participate? Any UF student interested in horses
What is the cost to the student? $10 dues/semester
What type of activities does the club do?
Each semester members participate in social activites such as: ice skating, volleyball, bowling, and movie night. Members also have the opportunity to attend horse-related events like Rolex, Dressage at Devon, Washington International Horse Show, Keenelend Racetrack, American Quarter Horse Congress, and Equine Affaire.
When/how often do you have meeting? Monthly, or as needed
Additional Information: Pilates for Equestrians is offered each
semester through Horse Club  

UF Horsemen

Who is eligible to participate?
Any UF student interested in horses
What is the cost to the student? $10 annual membership dues
What type of activities does the group do? Fundraisers, clinics, conventions, conferences
When/how often do you have meetings? Twice per month, or as needed
Additional Information: The UF Horsemen Club was created in affiliation with, and is under the direction of, the American Collegiate Horsemen's Association (ACHA). Each college chapter joins on a national level to become more involved in the industry and become acquainted with future jobs within the field. The University of Findlay is proud to announce that Jessica Daniels is the 2007-2008 National ACHA President.  UF Horsemen is the fastest growing chapter of the ACHA.
