Important dates for 2012-13 application process: 

January 30, 2012:  Last day for faculty/staff/program to submit a request for a graduate assistantship position.                                    

March 2, 2012:  Approval/denials completed and notifications sent to faculty/staff/programs.                                     

March 5, 2012:  Approved positions to be posted for students to apply.                                    

March 23, 2012:  Last day for students to submit applications.  Applications forwarded to GA/RA/TA supervisors for selection of students to fill the positions.         

April 13, 2012:  Graduate Dean’s office notified by GA/RA/TA supervisors of students selected for available positions. 

April 20, 2012:  Students informed of GA award via official letter; final paperwork submitted to the Graduate Studies office.
