The University of Findlay is pleased to offer a secure way to make student account payments online, print receipts or have electronic receipts sent to the email account of your choice – all at your own convenience.  The University of Findlay provides the following options to make payments on a student account without waiting in line:

• Wire Transfer
• Pay Online by Electronic Check
• Pay Online by Credit Card
• Pay by Touchtone Telephone

Pay by Wire Transfer – When sending a wire transfer, please include the following:

• Please include the student’s full name on the wire transfer.

Pay Online by Electronic Check - Payments for tuition, fees, room, board, and other student charges can be made by electronic check.  This secure service can be accessed through The University of Findlay web site at www.findlay.edu.  Use the Quick Find menu to select Payments Online, and then select Electronic Check and follow the prompts.  There is no fee for using this service.

Pay Online by Credit Card – Payments for tuition, fees, room, board, and other student charges can be made by American Express, MasterCard, Discover, and Visa credit card payments which will be accepted and processed by CASHNet® through its CASHNet® SmartPay service.  This secure service can be accessed through The University of Findlay web site at www.findlay.edu.  Use the Quick Find menu to select Payments Online, and then select the option for the desired card and follow the prompts.  CASHNet® SmartPay will assess a service charge for the convenience of making credit card payments via the web.  The fee will be displayed for your review and acceptance before your payment is processed. 

Computers are also available near the Business Office to make credit card payments on student accounts in lieu of accepting credit card payments at the Business Office window.  The Business Office will continue to accept payments of cash and checks, assist families with payment plans, and answer questions.

Pay by Touchtone Telephone – Those who would rather pay with American Express, MasterCard or Discover by touchtone telephone may call the following toll free number:  1-866-546-7269.  CASHNet® SmartPay will assess a service charge for the convenience of making credit card payments via telephone.  The fee amount will be stated for your review and acceptance before your payment is processed.

Pay by Mail - Payments for tuition, fees, room, board, and other student charges can be made by mailing a check.  Checks should be made payable to The University of Findlay.  Do not mail cash.  Print the student’s name and ID number clearly on each check.  Checks should be mailed to the following address:
