Testing Services

Student Guidelines
If you have missed a test for a legitimate reason, your professor may allow you to make up the test by having it proctored at the Test Proctoring Center located in the Academic Support Center. Below are the guidelines to be followed if you are given permission by your instructor to make up the test at the Center.

Student Guidelines for the Test Proctoring Center
  • Discuss specific test accommodations with your instructor. (Only those students registered with the Office of Disability Services will receive extended time or other special accommodations.)

  • Schedule an appointment at least one working day in advance of the desired test time. Call 419-434-4697 or stop by the Test Proctoring Center, Old Main, Room 45.

  • Contact your instructor regarding the test appointment day and time to insure that the test is delivered to the Test Proctoring Center.

  • Arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled test time. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late, you may not be admitted to the testing room.

  • Provide a picture ID before taking the test.

  • Read a copy of the Testing Rules and sign a form attesting that you understand and will abide by all of the rules.

  • Keep in mind that a quiet and distraction free setting cannot be guaranteed because the testing room is located within the Academic Support Center tutoring area.
