Archiving Your Course
Archiving your Blackboard course
Course Archive
is a method used for keeping an exact copy of the course and everything that took place, including chat recordings, discussion boards, or entered grades. This can be useful if you need to restore the course and access user-specific materials at a later date. Please follow the steps below in order to archive your course.
Log into Blackboard
http://ufonline.findlay.edu
Locate and enter the course you wish to archive.
Click “Control Panel”
Then click “Archive Course”
On the following screen click “Submit”
Once the course has been prepared for archive use the available link to save the archive file.
Once you have saved the archive file hold on to it for safe keeping in case you need to restore the course at a later date.
