NOTE: If you are within your last fifteen hours of your associate's degree or within your last 30 hours of your bachelor's degree, you will need to appeal to the Student Academic Standards Committee if you want to take major related courses. Your appeal should be a request for an exception to the last fifteen/thirty hour rule. Your appeal should include the reasons why the course can't be completed at The University of Findlay. You will receive written notification of the Committee's decision.
Transient Course Work (Graduate) Graduate students desiring to take courses at other institutions must receive prior approval from the graduate program director. Transient credit will be examined to ensure that it is not a duplication of work already completed and that it is appropriate to the graduate program in which the student is enrolled. Transient approval forms should be submitted to the appropriate graduate program director. The transient approval form will be reviewed by the appropriate graduate program director and then forwarded to the Office of the Registrar.
