This workshop takes participants through a process of linking goals, objectives, outcomes and timelines for a project and matches these up with the budget.

When participants are through with this process they will have a template for writing the proposal as well as administering the project when funded.

Bring a project idea or guidelines from a funder if you have either; otherwise we'll work from a  mock project.
