You will need a library barcode to request books and other materials through the OhioLINK Library Catalog. If you have an Oiler OneCard, use the 14-digit barcode on the backside of the card.

If you do not have an Oiler OneCard, you may obtain a library barcode by completing the Barcode Application Form. If you are on campus regularly, stop at the Circulation Desk in Shafer Library and ask for a library barcode (bring your student ID).

To connect to the library databases off campus, you use your UF net account information. However, you may still want to have a barcode as an alternative means of authenticating in case the UF network is not available. See Off-Campus Database Access.
